The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to permit the Institutes and Centers (ICs) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), 卫生与公众服务部(DHHS), 和其他联邦机构，以获得广泛的IT服务和解决方案.
